HarumAI is freeware: you may use it free of charge. These terms are an agreement between you and HarumAI ("we", "us",
"our") about the HarumAI desktop application, its installer and HarumAI
Setup, and their updates (together, "the Software"). By installing or using
the Software you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not
install or use it.

1. License
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or
business purposes, under these terms.

2. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights,
title and interest in the Software, including its source code, design,
names and logos. "HarumAI" is our registered trademark, and the HarumAI
logo is our trademark. These terms give you no right to use them except to
refer to the Software.

3. What you may not do
Unless we allow it in writing, or the law allows it despite this limit, you
may not:
  a. copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or distribute the Software, or
     offer it for download from any place other than harum.ai or a site we
     name;
  b. modify the Software, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it;
  c. remove or change any copyright, trademark or license notice in it;
  d. bypass its signature checks, update checks, account checks or other
     protections;
  e. use it to break the law or the rights of others;
  f. use it, or anything made with it, to commit or help a crime, fraud,
     or an attack on any system, or to cause serious harm to people;
  g. use it in breach of export control or sanctions laws.

4. Third-party components
The Software includes components from other authors, such as Electron and
Chromium, under their own licenses. Those licenses, shipped with the
Software, apply to those components, and nothing in these terms limits the
rights they give you.

5. Your content and AI output
What you create, and the files and projects you open with the Software,
remain yours. Output produced by AI models may be wrong or incomplete; check
it before you rely on it. We do not direct, review or control what you
build, run, publish or distribute with the Software. You alone are
responsible for how you use the Software and its output, for making sure
that use follows the law, and for the services, models and keys you connect
to it. When you allow it, the Software runs commands and changes files on
your devices; keep your own backups.

6. Online services and privacy
Parts of the Software use our online services or those of providers you
choose. Their use is governed by the terms and privacy notices of those
services. Our notices are published at https://harum.ai.

7. Updates and changes
We may update the Software, change or end features, or end the Software.
These terms may change; the version shipped with the Software, or published
at https://harum.ai, applies from the time it is published.

8. Ending this license
This license ends automatically if you break these terms. You may end it at
any time by uninstalling the Software.

9. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of
any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits
or business, arising from the Software or its use, even if told such damages
were possible. Our total liability for all claims about the Software is
limited to the greater of what you paid us for it in the 12 months before
the claim, or IDR 1,000,000. We are not liable for loss caused by your own
actions, choices or neglect, including actions you approve or allow the
Software to take, settings you change that lower its protections, keys,
passwords or devices you do not keep secure, files you did not back up, and
copies of the Software from anywhere other than harum.ai or
download.harumai.com, or that someone has changed. Where a loss is partly
caused by you, we are responsible at most for our own share.

11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us, and the people who work with us, and
to hold us and them harmless from any claim, loss, damage, fine or cost,
including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your use of the Software,
from what you build, run, publish or distribute with it, or from your
breach of these terms or of the law.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
