Stays on your device

• Your model provider keys, in the operating system’s encrypted storage.
• Images, audio, video and PDF files over 1 MB.
• Traces and error reports, unless you choose to share them in Settings, Observability.
• With the Local backend: all conversations, runs, plans and artifacts.

Stored with your account (Cloud)

• Your account details and the preferences you save.
• Conversations, the agent’s runs, project names and settings, plans and artifacts.
• Usage records: which model each request used and how many tokens.

Sent to your model provider

What a task needs: your messages and the files and code the agent reads for it. That provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply. HarumAI does not use your conversations or code to train models.

Your choices

Delete conversations and artifacts in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, write to privacy@harum.ai.
